At 6pmpod.com, we’re committed to delivering top-quality products and getting your order right every time. While issues are rare, we’ve got you covered if something doesn’t go as expected.

If you receive a damaged item, poor-quality print, or the wrong product, we guarantee your satisfaction with a free replacement or a full refund for the affected item.


⚠️ Please Note: Custom Orders Are Final

Each item is custom printed just for you.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or style choice
  • Buyer’s remorse

👉 Fit is your responsibility. To help, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page—just click on the Product Details link to find your best fit.


💸 Refund Eligibility

To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be like new, unused, and in original packaging
  • You must submit proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • The request must be made within 30 calendar days of delivery

💳 Refund Method

All approved refunds will be credited to your original form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.).
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process after we receive and inspect your return.

You’ll be notified by email once your return is received and reviewed.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

⏳ When Will I Receive My Refund?

Once approved, refunds are issued within 14 business days. However, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  3. Contact your bank if further delays occur

📦 Lost Orders

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement, whichever you prefer.


✏️ Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to make a change? You have 6 hours after placing your order to request:

  • Size or color changes
  • Shipping address corrections
  • Order cancellations

After 6 hours, your order begins custom production and can no longer be modified or cancelled.
