1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal for all purchases.
When you select PayPal at checkout, you'll be redirected to the PayPal website to securely log in and confirm your payment. Once the transaction is complete, you'll be returned to 6pmpod.com to finalize your order.

2. Which countries do you ship to?

We proudly ship worldwide! 🌍
No matter where you're located, you can enjoy our custom products delivered to your doorstep.

3. I can’t find my country in the shipping list — what should I do?

If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at contact@6pmpod.com and we’ll check whether shipping is available to your region.

4. How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping:

  • Standard Shipping: $8.99 USD
  • High Priority Care Package (with insurance): $15.99 USD

💡 Good news: You can order as many items as you want and never pay more than the flat rate.

5. Are there any locations you don’t ship to?

Due to certain restrictions, there are places we currently do not ship to.

6. We do not ship to the following locations:

  • Cuba
  • Iran
  • Crimea
  • Syria
  • North Korea

Shipping restrictions may change depending on international regulations.

7. What happens after I place an order?

Once your order is placed:

  1. Our production team prepares and prints your custom item.
  2. Orders are packaged and shipped within 2–3 business days.
  3. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Total delivery time = Processing time (2–3 business days) + Shipping time (5–10 business days for US, 10–20 for international).

8. Can I change the size, color, or shipping address after placing my order?

Yes, but only within 6 hours of placing the order.
Please email contact@6pmpod.com right away with your order number and requested changes.
After 6 hours, your order will be in production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

9. What’s your return and replacement policy?

We stand by our products! If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or full refund.
